At the Midrand SPCA, we fiercely believe in the inherent worth of animals. They transcend mere economic value and deserve robust legal, moral, and ethical safeguarding. Our mandate is to shield all creatures from cruelty, neglect, and ill-treatment borne out of ignorance. We are their sanctuary, a fortress of safety and provide unwavering care for animals in distress.

Our calling is to prevent cruelty and promote the welfare of all animals.

Many think that the SPCA is primarily an animal shelter from which people adopt pets. In reality, our primary function in the community is to prevent animal cruelty.
